FireCo. is a new company establishing itself within the market to meet the demands for businesses looking to engage industry leaders in fire and mechanical services. While the name might be new, the staff at FireCo. have more than 30 years of industry experience. Providing a large range of services from domestic fire requirements through to High Security Defence installations and testing. FireCo. understands there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to fire safety and as such will go above and beyond to ensure a compliant, safe and cost effective solution.

We perform both QA and audit inspection and certification of new and existing buildings.

  • Fire rating inspections and certifications to ensure all fire protection aspects of the building, vehicle or shipare compliant with Australian Standards.

  • Our fire inspection report outlines critical and non-critical defects and recordsall assets relevantto the passive fire protection log.

Our commitment is to provide a quality service that meets our clients' and industry standards' expectations regarding building compliance and occupant safety. Services include:

  • Electrical fire system rectification.

  • Passive fire system rectification.

  • Engineering and carrying out works to meet Australian Standards.

  • Engineering and updating fire system to accommodate changed work environments including certification.

  • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual testing.

  • 3, 5, 6, 10 and 25 Yearly testing.

  • HVAC services, including testing, maintenance and installations

FireCo. has experience and expertise across a number of industries required to address all levels of active and passive fire needs. For every installation, we ensure compliance is achieved. Regulatory Compliance is important to FireCo., and the following codes are are used as governance:

FireCo. is committed to quality control and have the relevant knowledge and experience to complete the annual maintenance of all fire systems to meet the requirements of AS 1851-2000, AS 1851-2012 or SA76-2015, or any Australian Standard. We provide inspections of Fire Protection Systems and Equipment together with completing the Annual Occupiers Certification. The FireCo. team have extensive knowledge in the Australian fire services industry, completing contracts that include project management through to delivering all aspects of fire system design and installation. FireCo. offers complete fire system services, including mechanical services, from conception right through to testing, and anything in-between. Our workshop is also a certified hydrostatic testing station.

FireCo. ensures project success, based on quality, compliant outcomes and programme dates, along with the need for a high standard of management during works; we can guarantee a project team that will be tailored specifically to the project needs. With a dedicated and highly experienced team, available as needed for the fire protection works on our projects, our own knowledge and experienced installers can ensure all tasks are achieved with minimal disruption to works.

FireCo. has strong working relationships with all suppliers. Ensuring lead time risks on products will not affect projects at any stage with purchasing of products prioritised to meet stakeholder needs. Our strong working relationship across our supply chain provides a major advantage when procuring quality, cost effective products for our clients and their project, with a speciality in those projects that are logistically challenging. Recently FireCo. was engaged to complete a project that was logistically difficult requiring our staff to work in a secure and classified environment. It became clear through our manufacture that we were the only fire company positioned in the market to carry out the project. Through our trusted partnership with the manufacturers in our supply chain and their recommendation we were able to secure a solution for the business that was delivered on time and budget. Constant review of our procurement process is high on the agenda for all clients to ensure that projects are not priced beyond reasonable expectations and variations kept to a minimum.
